Locally-Grown and Growing
What started around a table of friends from Fullerton and Anaheim has grown to serve all of Orange County and Southern California. Through our history of partnerships, our roots extend deep in north Orange County and our branches spread wide in looking for new friends to share in serving our communities together. We intentionally collaborate with other service organizations to create a stronger community for all of us to enjoy.
Understanding Unique Situations in a Larger Context
Every person who comes to Pathways of Hope has a unique set of circumstances that has led to a crisis. It is essential that we look at the individual and develop a relationship of trust so that we can find solutions together. The focus on specific situations is also part of a bigger picture as we utilize our experience and perspective to make more options available for a brighter future.
Inclusive for the Entire Community
We share our mission with a diverse group of partners, from faith communities, universities, engaged neighbors, civic entities, and other non-profits. We serve our entire community, regardless of religious identification, marital status, gender expression, or family composition. Most people experiencing homelessness have become very isolated so we help to rebuild positive connections to the community.
Innovating in Service from a Strong Heritage
For over 40 years, Pathways of Hope has been building on their expertise in serving people affected by hunger and homelessness. As we focus on our programs, we also integrate innovative approaches and creative solutions based on national data and best practices.
